This collector's rugby card features the Swansea forward Joseph Ivor Thomas Morris in a B&W photograph on one side. He is wearing his 1923-24 Swansea cap and, as Ivor was capped by Wales twice in 1924 and is mentioned only as a Swansea forward, we can deduce that this card was issued in 1923-24. These collectibles were very popular during this period and were issued by cigarette companies and any other company who wished to advertise their products on the reverse.
