Stained wood commemorative plaque with the badge of the Wellington Football Union on a moulded shield in black and silver in centre scroll above reads: "Wellington" in black on a silver and "Rugby Football Union" in black on silver scroll beneath. Dimensions: h7" x w5" (h18cm x w12.5cm).

The plaque of the Wellington Rugby Union (est: 1879). The Wellington CLUB toured UK in 1982 and played Swansea at St Helen's on 24th November 1982, Swansea winning the match by 20 - 19.
