The plaque of the Leeds Rugby Union Club (est: 1991). The club was formed through a merger of three clubs: Headingley, Morley and Roundhay. This plaque was presented to Swansea RFC on the occasion of their match against Leeds RUFC at the Headingly ground on 17 August 1996. Swansea won the match 36 - 33.
