South West 7s is a multi-sports festival which takes place over a weekend in June. Rugby 7s are at the centre of the festival. In 2018, it took place at Cleve RFC, Bristol on the 1st-3rd June. Swansea Ladies participated in the Women's Elite Tournament and won the 'Emerald Life' Open Cup with a Final score of 22-19. Red Panda were the Runners up.
