Scan of two pages from a Swansea Rugby Club Minute Book. Minute notes typed and glued in. From 15th June 1954 to 26th July 1954, encompassing 4 separate meetings. Dimensions (open): w12 1/2" x h8 1/2" (w31.7cm x h21.8cm).

These typed minutes from the Swansea RFC refer to arrangements made for the rugby club's historic visit to Romania in August of 1954. In one meeting (Monday 5th July 1954) a list of players and committee nominated to go on the tour is printed. In other entries, club Hon. Secretary Cliff Prosser informs that he is unable to travel at that time. These are the only known references in the official minutes, to the tour to Romania. The minutes are signed off by committee man Bruce Barter, who did go on tour, and was heavily involved in the schedule.
