Ceramic plate. White with concentric patterns and representation of face in centre. Wire fixings looped through holes in base and "Hermance RFC" on reverse. Dimensions: 13 1/2" (34cm)

Swansea RFC made a pre-season tour to Switzerland and France between 22nd and 29th August 1976. They played the following matches: Nyon (Switzerland won 94 - 0, Hermance (Switzerland won 96 - 0, International Geneva (France) won 46 - 0 and Geneva Selection (Switzerland won 47 - 3. Swansea changed for two of their games in dressing rooms in Switzerland and took the short walk through two sets of control points to play on pitches in France. This ceramic plate was presented to the club following their match against the Hermance club.
