This touch judge's flag is one of three, specially commissioned for the Swansea v Barbarians match at St Helen's on 31st May 2023, which event marked the end of the 150th season celebrations. It was designed by the Archive Team and sewn by Alyson Thomas of Blue House Fabrics, Ystradgynlais. Another Ystradgynlais business 'Aparel 5' embroidered the cloth and former Swansea and England B back-row Trevor Cheeseman made the staff and handle, the latter being of yew from Penllegaer Estate woods. The linesmen Ian Davies and Wayne Davies, were each presented with their flags prior to the game for use in the match and as mementos of the event. This third flag is retained by the St Helen's Archive.
