Stained wood commemorative plaque with The WRU badge on a red shield. "Welsh Rugby Union" in black on a gold scroll beneath and a brass plate above is inscripted: "Presented to Swansea RFC on the occasion of the SWALEC Cup Final 6th May 1995 - Winners". Dimensions: h7" x w6" ( h18cm x w15.25cm).

This WRU plaque was presented to Swansea RFC on 6th May 1995 when they won the SWALEC Cup, beating Pontypool 17 - 12 at the National Stadium, Cardiff.
