Stained wood commemorative plaque with caste metal disc. Representation of the WRU Challenge Cup in disc. "Welsh Rugby Union Challenge Cup - Runners Up" around rim. " Swansea RFC National Stadium 24.4.76" on metal plate beneath. A small piece has chipped away from the disc at the bottom left. Dimensions: h10" x 7" (h26cm x w18cm).

Plaque indicating Swansea RFC were Runners up in the WRU Challenge Cup of 1975-76. They were beaten 4 - 16 in the final at the National Stadium, Cardiff on 24th April 1976 by Llanelli RFC.
