Stained wood commemorative plaque with a gold plasticated engraved plate. The Abercrave RFC badge engraved in centre with "125 Years" above and "Abercrave RFC Club Rygbi Abercraf" beneath. A smaller plate beneath with "Abercrave RFC v Swansea RFC Friday 7th February 2020" engraved. Plastic stand fixed to reverse. Dimensions: h6 3/4" x w4 1/4" ( h17.5cm x w11cm)

This is the 125th anniversary plaque of Abercrave RFC (est: 1894). The 125th anniversary was celebrated in 2019 but Swansea were unable to fulfil a fixture with the club and the match was eventually played on 7th February 2022 at Abercrave's Plas Y Ddol ground. The result was a 19 - 0 win for Swansea, who were made welcome guests afterwards in the clubhouse. This was one of the last matches played this season before the Covid 19 restrictions suspended rugby for that and the following season.
