This is a photograph of the New Zealand touring team of 1953-1954. They played Swansea at St Helen's on 12th December 1953. The match was drawn 6 - 6, Swansea's John Faull kicking 2 long penalties to negate 2 tries scored by All Blacks centre Alan Elsom. Written on the reverse of the image is "Property of Manager New Zealand Team. To be returned as soon as utilised."
