Abstract
This jersey was worn by French full-back Jean Clement at the Wales v France international at St Helens on 24 February 1923. Wales won by 2 goals, 3 tries and 1 penalty goal to 1 goal and 1 try. Jean Clement won 10 caps for France between 1921 and 1923, all at full-back though he also played at outside-half in club rugby (clubs: Valence, Tarbes).
