Abstract
This is the number 12 jersey worn by centre Mihai Marghescu of Romania in the match in Bucharest against Wales on 12th November 1983. This was also the last of 17 appearances for Dai Richards in a Welsh jersey. He came on as a replacement for his Swansea club mate Malcolm Dacey. With 6 new caps in the side, Wales struggled against a powerful Romanian side and lost 24 -6. Marghescu and Richards exchanged jerseys after the match.
