Abstract
This British Isles Tour jersey was worn by Swansea and Wales hooker Dai Parker. The 'Lions' wore blue jerseys from 1910 to 1950, the lion emblem first appearing in 1910. For the 1930 tour to NZ and Aust., the lion made its last appearance on the tour jersey. Dai Parker played 17 matches on the tour, scoring 45 pts (1 try, 12 con, 6 pen). He played for Swansea from 1923-30 and captained them in 1927-28. Dai was capped 10 times for Wales 1924-30, scoring 2 tries.
